    Nano long or short neck

So I’m eventually soon going to get one of these. So what is the pros and cons over each one and if you have both which one do you use the most.

The reach of the long neck isn’t always needed. But when you do need the extra reach it’s nice to have. That’s the only reason I chose the long over the short is because it does help occasionally.

I’ve never heard a complaint about being too long.

I have the long neck and never had an issue, with that being said, I rarely use it

I’ve never ran into that situation. I’ve had mine since they come out and use it about daily. Your better off going with the long neck. It does the same as the short neck. But gives you the extra reach on the rare occasions that you do need it.

I bought the long neck and have never needed the extra reach. I actually wish I would have bought the short neck because I`m sure it`s easier to use one handed.

Go with the long unless you are doing a lot of interior work where the shorter Ibrid helps getting into tighter spots.

Just picked this up about an hour ago. Co-worker wants it coated.
Going to use the long neck under the very wide spoiler.

I have the long neck Nano, and for me it was the right choice, more comfortable to use

I could have sworn at release, even dylan said his choice would be the short. Something about having the better correction leverage I believe.

How tall is the nano from pad face to back of tool head?

How far can you get under there befor the head will hit the spoiler? Is there clearance to go all the way under it?

I`m thinking between an inch and a half and two inches. It`s personal preference. If you`re going to use it one handed you can definitely get better leverage, more consistent pressure, and better control. Just my opinion.
