Re: BigFoot goes NANO: The next REVOLUTION in polishing and detailing - The BigFoot Nano w iBrid Technology
Didn`t read through all the comments but I had a chance to play around with this new micro polisher.... and it is very, very powerful and practical.
I believe I was using the smaller orbit mode with the smallest pad and I could apply great amounts of pressure without and problems with rotation.
This is going to be such a nice tool... for a plethora of uses.
Rupes filled a niche that was very much needed, in my opinion.
Best regards,
-Gabe

I am guessing that for all that stuff plus RD and kool factor I`m hoping 199-299 will do it
I like you`re thinking but not a chance it will come in below $300. Ain`t going to happen. Be surprised if it comes in below $400.
Re: BigFoot goes NANO: The next REVOLUTION in polishing and detailing - The BigFoot Nano w iBrid Technology
This is something substantial. Maybe some would call me a Rupes fanboy - but I think I just like new and innovative stuff. If you look around - there are really only a handful of companies coming out with it.
There`s is nothing even CLOSE to this on the market. This is an awesome ground-up re-engineering of how small spaces can polished, prepped, and cleaned. I`d like ANYONE to say this is a copy or knock-off of ANYTHING.
This is why you all need to support companies like Rupes - that actually bring new innovations and intellectual property to the market. BOSS fans, don`t worry - I`m sure China will follow, with orange copies...But by then, Rupes will be coming out with something even cooler.

I`m with you Swanic, RUPES really knocked it out of the park with this one. I was dreaming of an electric DA under 3 inches, but this was even better than the one in my dreams with the flexibility and innovation it has.

High praise coming from you Barry. Appreciate it - wish you had been here to see it in person. Open invite to visit us in Colorado in the coming weeks and try it at the HQ. Cheers!

Thank you Gabe. Glad to see feedback from someone who logged some time with it at the show - its deceptively powerful. You expect it to be weak due to battery power, but packs good torque and speed.

Thank you for supporting innovation, not imitation.

One could make an effective argument either way - it will really come down to your individual wants and needs. The mini will get into places that the 21 won`t, and the nano will get into places that the mini won`t.

Side note, will rupes ever make compact rotary like the flex kompact. I love my 75e but the problem is due to da throw I can`t always tag things like naca ducts or run extensions (which are key for classics).
Re: BigFoot goes NANO: The next REVOLUTION in polishing and detailing - The BigFoot Nano w iBrid Technology
The nano has a rotary mode... So that somewhat addresses your need - however it won`t run extensions. It has an advantage in terms of low profile reach though.

I`ll def be ordering one when the time comes, I could have used a tool like this on my last correction where there really intricate areas that none of my machines were capable of reaching. Just curious was there ever a thought of putting out one tool with an adjustable head. Curious as to why there is a short neck and a long neck but not an adjustable one.
