    Need suggestions.

When you guys use rotary.Do u buff dry or buff until slight film remain?

I saw several so-called PRO buff it dry everytime. So i was wondering whether buff dry is the correct way to do with rotary.

    Appreciate all your suggestions.

    Thanks

dry is bad....to an extent..........that creates heat/ swirls........must buff wet.

    remove excess.

Usually until it`s gone translucent, never dry buff. Doesn`t matter if you`re using rotary or PC.

Yup. Just long enough for the product to break down, don`t want to buff dry, but that`s a mistake even a lot of "pro detailers" make.

Yeah, I can`t imagine why somebody would buff until it`s dry...there`s no lubrication at that point. There`s no reason to buff longer than it takes to break a product down and all the polishing products I`ve ever used are designed to break down before they flash off.
