My advise would be to be careful accusing people of things. Be sure of your facts and if you confront him about them, then make sure you stick to the facts. Don`t get drawn into an argument.

We know you`re in the right but people don`t like being called liars.....

    Good luck.

I would bill him for the detail, and on the invoice state something to the effect of "repaired buffer marks by others". You might not get a dime, but it gets the point across.

Unless you`re eating catfood, don`t do anything else for the guy.

    Guamen,

How`d it turn out? did the guy own up to botching the detail?

3 months is a long time to honor a detail... granted a good detail can last a while, but a heck of a lot can happen in that time. How long do you guys normally honor a detail if a cutomer is not satisfied??

    Thanks

no the guy never said that someone else had there hands on it, but im waiting for his call to say the holograms returned or something like that. After he says that, im going to nail him. That really pissed me off that he would let one of his buddies buff out the truck and mess it up with there experiements! Then call me and blame me for doing it, and at first i thought maybe I didnt let the product flash enough causing the holograms. I find out though it wasnt me, and someone else. No update never heard from him again!
