I read most of this book over the winter and was glad that I did. It doesn`t focus directly on detailing, but does focus on car dealerships, running a business, and customer interaction.

It is Scottwax`s book I believe, sent to me by scottabir, and now it is available for whoever would like to read it. It`s about 150 pages and could be read easily in a few nights.

All I need is your name/address and I will do my best to get it shipped out to you within a few days.

http://autopia.org/forums/showthread...omers+for+life That is the original thread, not much in there, but just in case you would like to read it.

    So, who would like it?

Hmm, I don`t think I will be able to make it there, since I will probably be working. I would request it off but I have already requested off a lot, and have just started this job so I don`t want to get on my bosses nerve. I wish I could though.

    The book is still available.
