I was just thinking, if you had a pressure washer and a truck, what a great way to make quick cash when you don`t have details planned! Now, I know that low pressure is what should be used on cars, but perhaps it would work decently on driveways, outsides of houses, etc. That would really make a pressure washer a good investment.

    Any thoughts on this?

This sounds like a good idea, especially when you consider that most outdoor wooden decks need to be maintained (cleaned and sealed) on a regular basis.

Another use for pressure washing could be providing your services to large trucking companies, especially haulers of sand and gravel. Those types of trucks always seem to need to have all of that mud blown away from the under carriage.

Find a need and fill it.

If I don`t have any details scheduled this can be a good way to keep busy as Frank mentioned you can do decks, driveways, houses store fronts etc... Just keep in mind that if your cleaning and sealing decks you must have 2 consecutive warm/ sunny days for the wood to dry before you stain or seal. so a deck job will keep you busy for 3 days but if your making money its not a bad thing.

We have a guy in town that travels around spraying off car lots (cars) for $2.00 a car. He did our lot a couple times and drove away with $60 an hour.
