I guess this a `bump`, but I`m amazed that this extraordinarily wealthy community does not have an Autopian Detailer!

Hmmm... maybe I`ve found a new winter home?

    Anybody?

Jimmy, I am with you. Naples is a wonderful place.

Larry Bird`s winter home, at least before he came back to the Pacers.

I was born in Naples, and lived there the past 18 years, but am now at college in Gainesville at the University of Florida (about a 5 hour drive).

I consider myself a rather good detailer and I have learned a ton of information from Autopia over the past 4+ years (a couple forum formats ago).

As a funny coincidence, my barber of 15 years is good friends with Larry Byrd, they go fishing together when he`s around.

I have done vehicles in the past for money as a small business and do utilize quality techniques and products. No hocus pocus or shortcut tricks.

I use quality 3M, Meguiar`s, Valugard products and proven technuiqes that I learned both here on Autopia and as a summer job detailing with a professional (where I learned both good and "BAD" things).

You can check out some exampes of my work here (I did go over the windows of the Mercedez again before I was done):

I didn`t reply to this post at first because scheduling will probably not work out; however, I will be home this Saturday (2/5) and would be willing to do 1 car then, if your friend of a friend is interested at all.

Also, I will have spring break on Feb. 26 to March 6 and could do all 4-6 cars sometime in there.

Finally, I usually work from my house because most of my customers aren`t strangers, but I am more then willing to pack up my gear and take a trip across town if that is what the client wants (especially with 4 to 6 cars).

I understand if there is no interest, just wanted to put it out there.

Please let me know if there is any interest or if you need anymore information. Thanks.

Bob S.:I`m listening, standing by for the client to email me...

(BTW, Mrs. Buffit is an `Estate Manager`, and sees the Byrd`s 13 yo son three times a week at the `house`, and other extracurricular activities... the Byrds still have their Florida home...)

Yeah my family has a home in Naples also, I actually looking to move down in the next year or 2 but most likely a bit more north b/c home prices have jumped drastically in Naples also. Ny is getting too expensive for me and Naples is a great place.
