"Gee honey, what was the name of that guy who detailed our car last year, I can`t remember!"

Working hard to get clientel is hard, keeping your name in front of them is also important. People will forget.

How do you guys know for sure they will remember you? Repeat business is the easiest to get.

In my carpet cleaning business, I always always always leave them my business card. But heres the simple trick. I put my business card on a magnet I get from Staples. The magnet fits the business card perfectly. Then I put it on there refridgerator.

    Instant refridgerator magnet.

When they need there carpet cleaned again, they just look at the fridge. Almost all my repeats have my magnet on there fridge, right next to the pizza place and the plumber/mechanic.

So if your not doing this your losing future business.

Just a helpful tip for future reference.

THOSE MAGNETS FROM STAPLES ARE GREAT I USE THEM, ALSO AT THE END OF EACH MONTH I SEND OUT HAND WRITTEN THANKYOU CARDS WITH MY CARD ENCLOSED TO ALL OF THAT MONTHS DETAILS TO THANK THEM AND REMIND THEM TO SHARE MY NAME WITH ANY OF THIER FRIENDS OR RELATIVES. THEN EVERY 3 MONTHS I SEND OUT A REMINDER NOTICE FOLLOWED BY A FOLLOWUP PHONE CALL ( USUALLY MAKE YHE CALL ABOUT A WEEK AFTER SENDING THE REMINDER CARD). THIS SEEMS TO KEEP MY NAME IN FRONT OF MY CUST. AND GENERATES A LOT OF NEW ONES. THE THANKYOU CARDS GENERATE A LOT OF REFERALS FROM MY REGULAR CUSTS. THEY LOVE THEM
