Ok, so lets make the weekend of 4/23 and 4/24 final since it seems to work for pretty much everyone.

I am planning on getting a room but have no idea which hotel to go for so I could use some input on this. I will be bringing a friend so we will split a room but I`m guessing other people will want to split a room as well.

So who has an idea on decent but cheap hotels in the area? If needed I can contact them tomorrow to try and find out about group rates. Thanks.

If everyone likes those dates, it should be fine with me. If you can find out about the hotels that would be great. I have been so busy it is hard for me to call. The only 2 hotels I would stay in are the Hilton hotel, which is on South ave, staten island, NY. or the Staten Island Hotel, which is on Richmond ave. The rest of the hotels on the island are by the hour and I don`t think you would want to stay there

Yup there`s only 2 hotel in the island. Unless you wanna drive over the bridge to Brooklyn(Bay Ridge). There`s a Quailty Inn on 4ave and 84 street and the drive is about 15-20 min . But here`s the sh*t, when you wanna come back to Staten Island again(if you stay for 2 days event) you`ll need to pay $9.00 toll at the Verazanno Narrow bridge(only need to pay when comin` to S.I).
