I`m interested in learning how to do PDR, windshield repair and paint chip repair. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start? Thanks.

You may want to look in the phone book and find out who offers those services in your area. Then you could stop by and talk to the people who are doing those services and find out where they learned how to do PDR, windshield repair and paint chip repair. You may not get all the answers you wanted, but it could prove to be a good starting point.
