you basically set up a htttp link to the big picture, and as the link "text" write in the smaller picture`s image

Your web software should have something in the "help" section to better answer, and perhaps even visually show you how to do this.



In short you need to have a thumbnnailed version of the pic and then, as Jeeper said, a hyperlink from that thumb to the larger pic and then both need to be loaded up to the server.
