what are some of your aggrement pages like? i know some of you may not utilize this, but im going to and i believe it is a great idea.



Things I will include, but need more help on what to include.



On my page i will have a small statement that the customer and myself went over the following and accepts the contact.



This will include.



If any part of the car has been reapainted lately.



If valuables have been removed from the vehicle in order to not get blamed for stealing anything.



I believe each person should have on this sheet a full list of the services you provide. You go over each one and check a small box next to each one of what the customer is getting.



A blank where the price will be filled in.



Of coarse the signature on the bottom of the page.



If small writing explaining that some carpets/paint defects can only be fixed to as close as new as possible. some things cannot be like new again.



any other suggestions?

I can see the need for a `Quality Checklist` so that the customer understands what will be included in the work you will proform.



However, do you really think you need an agreement that will include the things you mentioned, such as; getting blamed for stealing?



In summary; Trust your customer and your customer will trust you.
