    Hi,

I need a new extractor. What is one that seems to have good service?

I have read a lot of bad things about the DurrMaid, so I want to stay away from that one.

Is there a LOT of cleaning difference between a heated unit and non-heated?

I have "heard" that with the advancement in chemicals, that heat is not really required anymore.

What is everyone`s experience with heat vs. no heat?

As you can see..., carpet cleaning is not my strong point and ANY help, recommendations, opinions, links, etc would be greatly appreciated

So, for a good deal..., where do you recommend?

    Thanks for the help

I`m using this one at our shop... it`s not heated, so if I need heat, I just pour in slightly warm water into the tub instead... http://at-corp.net/idrolava.htm

Works great, saves us around 2 hrs in labor hours.

Heat works. Make no mistake about it!

I use the 100psi heated Sensei....

I use it every day, with complete reliability.

    Maybe a little expensive, but...

Do not push detergent thru these machines, you`ll have big buildup problems.

I prespray with an APC, and then shoot Odor Terminater thru the machine. Works quite well.

Get the best insulated hoses and tools, that 200 degree water REALLY is hot!

The Sensei is a very nice unit, I was wanting to keep the price a bit lower than that though, as it will be for personal use only

Thanks for the input..., the pic from theveed looks like one of the units I have..., it is nice, just looking for something different though
