    hey guys,

I know we all get tips from customers, but how about an extra tip.

I detailed my co-workers car this monday but i wasn`t able to finish the interior until the next day at work, so he payed me anyways with a tip included, so the next day i finished up the interior in about 3 hours and just being anal i touched up the exterior too, and he gave me another tip a larger one than before... Is there ne thing wrong with that? cuz it just doesn`t feel right cuz i charged him my price and I just took my time cuz he wasn`t in a rush. I declined the second tip and he basically made me take it.... I guess he`s really happy with the job.

    sorry for rambling.

Just wanted to see how my collegues would handle something like this.

    TIA

If they are wanting to tip.. let them, It is there way of showing how much they think of you and the job you have done no matter how much they already paid you... Wait till X-mas time

If the extra tip has you feeling guilty, then take that money to a store and buy your co-worker a car care gift. It could be some QD and a MF, or some leather conditioner, but either way the person will continue to be impressed.

I just had a customer who was in a rush and I was limited for time then he called and said he needed the vehicle two hours earlier!! I was flying like crazy to get it done! He tipped me $20 and I felt bad that I had nto gotten the windows very good so I gave him a can of Invisible glass and a PakShak MF to finish them up when he got to his dest. He was very happy with that and since then has brought me two additional customers. Here is the beast!

Hope I didnt thread jack if I did sorry!:xyxthumbs
