I mostly use CMA or Pepboys.

But, I do have a Zaino distributor, im not sure that there`s such a thing as a Blackfire distributor, correct me if I am wrong, but I thought BF was a CMA thing... :nixweiss

I recommend...spell check! Seriously, I had a hard time reading your post.

Have you gone to 3Ms or Meguiars websites and checked for a local distributer? You can also call paint shops since many of them will be using 3M products and I am sure they can point you towards a local distributer.

If you want to open a shop, the products you use will depend on the type of customers you have. For used car lot cars, Meguiars Detailer line is pretty good. It is primarly for `assembly line` style detailing where you want to move a high volume of cars each day. If you want to focus mostly on privately owned cars, then Meguiars Body Shop Pro products would be better, or 3Ms line-up.

I believe 3M has some of the best products you can get for refinishing. Watch this. The professional detailing system. I think this might be perfect for you. http://www.3m.com/us/auto_marine_aer...eo/index.jhtml

    Good luck with the business

There are alot of 3M distributors, most carry the body shop line, some carry the car car line but very few carry the detail line (at a discount). If you run across one please post it here.

Would that be products like the 108 detail polish and such? I believe that is the pro detailers line. Check the 3M website. It is hard to find sometimes stuff on there but they have all their products. Let me knw if you want a link from the 3M website to the pro detailers supplies that your talking about. The body shop supplies I believe are the perfect it 3 line. The detailers supplies like I said before are detail polish 108 etc.

    Knight,

Yes I was referring to the products used in the link you posted. My experience is that most 3M dealers are only familiar with the body shop and consumer car care line and have no idea about the detail shop products. And if they order something for you its usually at list price.

1-800-364-3577 is our product availability number to find out where you can acquire products. If they can`t tell you where to get the body/detail shop products, call this number: 1-877-666-2277, thats the Automotive After Market Product support number, the could possibly help steer you in the right direction.
