    Is that for instore purchases only??? I have never heard of Harbon Freight before so I was wondering if that applied to the online purchases as well.....

    It is an instore ad, but I would think the prices would apply on-line as well. By the time you pay shipping for an on-line purchase, you just as well go to Wal*Mart and get the $25 one.

    Does their web-site list any stores in your area?

    Their web-site does list one store in Scranton, PA, and one soon to open in Harrisburg, PA. Maybe one of the surrounding states would have a store that is near your regular traveled route.
