I have a quick question for the detailing pros out there.



How long would it take to complete the following services (as a beginner):



Exterior Wash (without water, the "eco-friendly solution")

Wax the exterior

perform gloss boosting

vacuum the interior

clean and polish glass and dashboard

clean the trunk

clean the matts

and clean wheels and rims



do you think a beginner can get it done in under an hour?

if you have good equipement, a proven, working process, the vehicle is not totally trashed, everything ready to go, etc.

3 hours to do a decent job.

Others could take up to 4 to 5 hours.

I would say NOT POSSIBLE unless the car is super clean and you are doing a spray wax.

to answer the question...NO, cant be done in an hour! 2 hours MAYBE.



I can get a wash, wheel inners and faces cleaned, spray wax (OCW), interior dusting, interior vacuuming, leather wipedown with damp towel, windows, door jambs, and dress tires done in about 1.5 hours...but that is on cars I do the same process on every month



and that gloss booster you talk about...thats a car wash shampoo where you have to use water, so I dont think you understand what you are doing in the first place...
