Well a lot more showed up with it...but this is the fun piece! Taken me three months getting everything set up. Went out to Xpel last month to get trained and certified by them. Going to be able to start offering clear bra/paint protection film to the metro Atlanta and west side of Atlanta area.

Thanks. Price for doing a whole Outback...would be a better question for RickRack. When it comes to doing FULL wraps on an intire vehicle your looking upwards of $2000-3500 from what I have heard/seen.

Machnu, looks like you got some real opportunity with that.

Now all you got to do is market the service to your area.

Well after the huge ordeal I went through with shipping that I had to waste upwards of 6-7 hours of my time over the course of three days. I bring my laptop in too work today since I had work cancel to set up the plotter finally so that I can start printing...as I was pulling all the cover film off of it...I noticed that it looked a little wore. Did not pay it any mind just thought it was from the covering film. Well tried to load up the driver into the computer and then load in the software and as I am loading the software, I get an unspecified port error. Contact tech support and the tech support at Xpel, who is a great guy to deal with, spent 35 minutes trying to resolve the issues. Well while resolving it....we find a HUGE issue. This ****ing plotter is broken. I am uploading a video to show the drive on the track that the head moves. So now I am waiting to hear back from the east coat sales rep to get a new on sent. Not exactly a great start to dealing with a company. If it was not for 2 of the 3 employees I have dealt with being competent, I would be highly pissed off. Granted...I already am. But if i do not get some compensation for the mass headache with dealing with this and now a bad plotter I am going to hit the roof. So i guess....another two weeks before I can start offering PPF! YAY!

    Mike, Congrats on the setup!

In my "old age" issues are going to happend, it is the way that companies handle issues that sets them apart. Hopefully you will get everything resolved soon.
