Some people know that I work along side Hunters Performance Solutions, a late model GM performance shop. Known the owner for many years and detail every car they do major work on. At his current shop I had been subleasing 1500 sq/ft from him to work out of. Well, we had a chance at a new shop that is a better fit for his growing business and puts me in a much better location. Not only is it a better location, it puts me a half mile from a mustang shop I do work for from time to time and puts me right next door to one of the top import performance shops in GA. So, basically I get a much nicer location, better set up where I can wash cars inside, and 22x16 roll up doors that allow me to go back to offering to do boats.

Once we get everything finished in the next few weeks, get a hole dug for the dyno, we plan on hosting a large Open House/Dyno Day either the first or second week or February.

Sounds great. Love to come down and see the place.

Maybe you could dyno my Ranger and see if I`m getting the factory stated 125rwhp! LOL!

That place is pretty nice. How much space are you going to be able to work in?

Roughly 1500 sq/ft. Basically I get a dedicated corner. Area where I can wash a car next to one of the loading docks, then move it around to a nice open 20x20 area to work around the car.

If you notice in the picture below, the storage room in the back, near the stairs and that large corner I will be taking up. I will be able to use more space if I need, but generally I dont try to have more than 2 cars at any one time.

That`s cool. Perfect actually. And not too far from the overhead door. You gonna be able to use water inside there? Maybe a water containment mat?

Well two reasons for that corner, so I can use the storage room, and the main water line feeds in threw there....so I can route my hose from inside there to wash right at the loading dock door. Wont use a water catch mat, will probably use water catch lines to contain the water in an area and then either squeegee it outside. Luckily for this area, as long as the area is zoned industrial and I am not putting acid or environmentally dangerous chemicals into the drain, I am fine with letting biodegradable soaps run off.
