    I still stand by the use of using the same as doctor`s, lawyers, large automotive repair shops.

    A diagnois using a printed form covering all the normal areas of the vehicle.

    With an area for "special concerns`.

    It works for other "service industries", so it does work for the detailing industry.

    Real potential customers are comfortable with such things and since they are, will respect what you are doing to determine a true cost to provide them the service they are seeking.
