    Hello:

Gentlemen I wanted to know if there is a recognized organization at the national or international level that specifically

represents detailers. Promotes education within the detailing industry. Offers levels of certification for detailers that is

recognized at the state, national, and international levels of government. Brings you educational information on the latest

new technology within the detailing industry.

Are they academic institutions such as technical schools, community colleges, and 4yr colleges that off programs or degrees

    specific to the detailing industry.

    Automotive Detailing

ROP means Regional Occupational Program. They are classes held in high schools that are available for Adults who want to master job skills of various types as well as the high school students who attend that school. I attended one in 1988. I knew more than the teacher, I think.

I don`t think there is a recognized degree program for detailing.

There are however various training courses available-http://www.autopia.org/forum/guide-d...tml#post145090
What gets overlooked too often is that one must be a student before becoming a teacher.
