Bing I have to differ with you as I feel he looks more like this good looking handsome fella here below................"Pumpkinhead", just imagine the "Buddy Holly" glasses and "Brad Pitt" tribal tattoo................. I can see Andy has NOT been eating his wheaties, suffering with "The scrawnyness".

    HANGING WITH THE FELLAS...............

Here he is.................taking a stroll in the evening, looks a little grouchy..................as this thread has got him a slightly "Up tight".

Couldn`t help myself..... I have never seen so many comma`s in my life.

    > Hello all!!

    > Let me take a moment to thank those of you who made it out to our first Wine and Wheels event this past Saturday!! Everything went off without and hitch and, those who made the event seemed to have a god time!!

    >

    > Of the 93 invites that were sent, only four didn`t make the evening which, for us, indicates an interest in future hostings. That said, our next vent will be November 12, 201 and will include a number of live and blind auctions. This next event will also include, at this point, four sponsors, one of which will include a local childrens` charity. All proceeds for this event will go directly to that charity!!

    >

    > The November event will see a total distribution of 400 invites. If you are interested in this next event, please e mail me and you will be considered for the list, which will begin distribution on October 1, 2011.

    >

    > In closing, let me thank Houston Lamborghini, Ferrari of Houston, Momentum Audi, Lucas Auto Service, Vinters Own, Prime Living Magazine, England Green, servers and other staff for their support and helping make this event a success!!

    >

    > Please feel free to visit the following link to view a few of the pictures of this week`s event.

I`d check, that guy probably ain`t even a lawyer at all. Besides - look how Bob owned him in 2.3 seconds. In my town, we have a TV station that LOVES to investigate d-bags like him, maybe try your local station. Nothing like a 60 Minutes style interview!
All I have in this world is my word, and my balls and I don`t break `em for no one, you understand?"

I got bored today and googled him. Apparently he is a real lawyer. Who contracted a fourth-grader to design his website.

I hope I don`t get sued for saying that.

    :lol

The thing is, I don`t know how he figures any judge would award remedy for lost profit and commission when he hasn`t been operating in his current location for long enough to legitimately make that claim. He can`t really say "I lost X amount of profit year over year, and business has been down X percent since that post was made and I can prove it`s directly attributable to the post."

I have a feeling a judge would laugh him out of the courtroom, especially given the evidentiary support provided by all the prior antics he`s had in other jurisdictions. For that matter, just fly Bob out to Texas for the hearing; case closed.

Funny you said that. Because he really did just moved in about 6 months ago. And every city he moves in, according to Bob, it`s a pattern.

    1. Lies his way through customers and claimed others work his

    2. Opens up a shop (perhaps a sh**** one) and copies another website word for word

    3. Local detailers (me) exposes him and he starts to threaten

    4. If all else fails, he`ll find a lawyer to try and file a lawsuit against me.

I just don`t understand him. I`m practically from Houston, pretty much have all the good connections, know my way around here and he tries and mess with me. He is literally asking for it..

Jason from Intrigue Detail had to deal with this nutsack. He just passed it on to me! :yell:

What we have here gents is described as a "Texas saying" as Andy is now in the "Lone Star State" and that is "All hat no cattle" for us non "Tejas" folk thay would translate as FOSAAT = full of s**t at all times.

I see that Andy has become quite the prolific poster on the Houston Performance Driving website. Also, be aware that Texas just passed a `loser pays` law for lawsuits.

Truth in description right here^^^^, at some point Andy will see the tide is overwhelmingly against him(He caused this to happen) and will relocate once again to "Greener pastures".

Andy you are so dumb(In my opinion of course) as you could have moved to Houston and kept your own biz name and did your thing .............................but no............... you had to be you and stir the poo once again, funny how you play "Big willy" and denegrate myself and Bing as being "Auto Detailers" and that you did it "Partime" and ran a thriving limo biz................but look YOU are a fulltime detailer(Wannabe status of course with your monkey see monkey do antics), as you are still learning.............23 years experience my a**.

Well there you go gents......almost daily updates on "Pumpkinhead errr Andy" ...............a**hattery displayed as always.

If he is all that profitable, that good, IRS has records that may be obtained to prove it.

If he can`t show the money, he ain`t got no money.

Big hat, big belt buckle, new boots, no cattle.

Time for the daily "Crazy Andy" in my humble opinion of course......update. Below is a link to a recent 550 Ferrari he did which in of itself is not worth mentioning........except for the very close verbiage of a recent 550 Marenello write up I did where I discuss how I like the car because I fit good and mention my fondness for front engine Ferrari`s and of course playing "Devil`s advocate" he can really comment anyway he wants but because he is such a copycat and "Me too" like a**hat I will continue to point this stuff out with "The quickness".

If these customers only knew Andy for what he is............................things would be much different.

Funny how he is really pushing for "advertisement", moving next to a car storage facility, trying to "sue" and "scare" me and all these things all at one go just so he can push for more clients. More lies. Ehh.. not too worried. I`ve got big plans for my shop that`s coming up and it`s going to be one of a kind. I`ve got full support from Asia`s most elite and luxurious detailing centers and not mention from Autopians.

Lol look at this ad media blitz campaign.
