Yup! I will be making a special trip around Taiwan, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, China and Malaysia to take a look at these high end places. I have a few friends that owns a couple of them. The Asian market is growing rapidly so it`s a good place to do some research there for ideas! And of course.. trying out some new stuff from our friends in Asia that aren`t available here!

Hopefully macdude`s shop in Malaysia is on the list of stops... I don`t think I`ve ever seen a more incredible setup than his!

Good luck with the trip, you`re right that market is growing rapidly (with vehicle sales even outpacing sales in the US) so it should be interesting to see what they`re doing.

My parents has already visited his shop and showed me a lot of pictures. Incredible setup indeed, and yes, I will be paying a visit!

Japan has awesome shops as well. Look at how they apply their wheel sealants and coatings!

Until that HAPPENS Eric I will expose him in all his A**hat glory, btw you could add some tidbits here and take some ownership of the situation........."You follow", not to get things kicked up between you and I again I am just saying you know more than me about Mr Pantsareoff so "Cowboy the eff up" and tell some behind the scenes banter that will confirm all that has been said.

On this bent another detailer should come clean about some stuff that happened on L4P concerning me and him/Mr Pantsareoffnotopeningalimo/shopincalifornia......................that is why I give no respect to the unmentioned detailer who if he showed some sack I could live and let live but until that happens I consider him in the "Andy camp".

As for giving more exposure to "Auto Concierge" I have had three people call me saying that they called Andy and or e-mailed him looking for ME, it just adds more to the google search on the truth of what has happened and continues too.................

BOB, yes i have some more info on him, and the **** show story banter between all of us, but I have put it behind me and am moving on. It does no good to keep harboring on that guy...I was roped in, came to a fork in the road and took the wrong direction. I have since made a Uturn and gotten back on the right track! Im over it, I just lost a tub of wolfgang fuzion wax to him...

you have a thriving business, I have a thriving business, lets put more effort into those than into wasted time and energy on someone else...just my thoughts!

To some extent I get what you are saying Eric, however the statement "For evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing" is coined for a reason and I am not letting Andy get away with anything, and I can retrieve your tub of wax for you if needed..............lol. This is why bad conduct is tolerated.....because it is allowed to happen in the first place, Andy is a child that needs correction(50 year old child at that) and he has done what he does to dozens of people that I KNOW OF.

There are times like the fork in the road as you stated where you look in the mirror and ask yourself "Am I a man or a mouse?", you are a young guy and when you are oldness like myself later you will look back and say to yourself I was part of that and found out the truth and did nothing............ as Andy is still doing what he does in my opinion and lie and lie and lie............... you have read Anson`s post where Andy finds a lawyer who does not fact check things concerning Andy and signs off on a cease and desist letter and you are fine with this?.

Putting your head in the sand will not change anything, and "God forbid" someone like Andy or him target your business like he did mine, only difference between us is I "Brook no s**t" and people find this out with the quickness. This situation is a example also of why society is in the state is in today as people are allowed to "Do what feels good" without taking accountability for thier actions and not having respect for others and embellishing things about themselves to epidemic levels......hell it`s a "Pandemic problem".

Do what you want Eric but if another detailer gets "Targeted" like Anson did and he is someone you are friends with what would YOU do then??, you have a descision to make and you should choose wisely.

Almost forgot.............the daily update, one of the "Other things" I found out through the grapevine was the claim I did not work on "high end cars" back in the Nineties and was intimated I had only been in business since 2006................. well the following pics dispell this with a pic of a Ferrari TR 92 model year I was working on in 1997-98 and the pics of two Diablos 99 VT Roadster and SV, also Andy as you are always railing on me being a "Fatboy" I was fighting at the time these pics were taken (246lbs) as opposed to the present not so lean (267lbs) I am now..............everytime you tell a lie Andy I own you again and again......... "The Real Auto Concierge" 11 "Mr Pantsareoff" 0 scoreboard once again.

Note the lack of grey hair...........

Damn Bob - you could have passed for Arnold Schwarzenegger`s younger brother!

I skimmed though the HPD - The Front Page forum and couldn`t help to notice such a lack of detailer interaction and display of their work. I wonder what it would take to have more people posting their work there? There seems to be both a general detailing section and another sub-forum this guy sponsors.

Looks like Andy is expanding his operation:
After several weeks of planning, I am pleased to announce that next week begins construction for our new Houston location inside the Annex Houston facility. Annex Houston is a 40k sq. ft. automotive storage facility in The Heights. Once construction is complete (mid October) we will begin operating as our new Houston location, servicing current and future clients as well as Annex Houston clients (at a 20% discount). Our Katy location will continue to operate on a limited basis.

Oh gee, a 20% discount speaks volumes.....

I like this sentence: "...we will begin operating as our new Houston location, servicing current and future clients ..."

This I will not comment.. I`ve got lots of inside stories of this as well but choose not to post here.

I`m not too worried about the forums here. All the local Houston forums moderators are great friends of mine, they`ve been bugging me to become a sponsor without paying a dime. I told them to wait for good things to come, my shop, and I`ll start posting Autopian style making everyone proud here. Including HPD....

Haha! I wish someone would contact Paul Dalton about this problem...

    Andy "Pantsareoff"

"Modern luxury and performance cars can cost as much as a house or condo, yet lose their value quickly if unloved or uncared for. Even the "cared-for" cars can experience a lose in value if treated incorrectly. Every time a car is washed with a bucket and sponge, there is a risk that microscopic grains of dirt are being rubbed into the gleaming paintwork, causing swirl marks, marring and even scratches.

Paul safeguards your investment: regular treatments will preserve the quality of your car`s paintwork, ensuring that depreciation is minimized when you sell it on. And costly resprays can be avoided, saving thousands of dollars (a respray on a Ferrari 458 can cost up to $20k and will severely affect the value of the car).

Plus there`s nothing like a swirl free finish to make you fall in love with your car all over again."

First thing I thought of when reading this thread and looking at his advertising materials/website is he`s really trying to emulate Paul Dalton. I guess that proves it doesn`t it. Reminds me of old Holden showing up on another detailing forum and running his mouth. After calling him out he started throwing out thinly veiled threats at me too regarding messing up my referal business. We all know how that turned out
