The last owner also left all survailence equipment in the building. I`m thinking about giving live feeds to the website so clients can see the work as its being done

sweet deal! Looks real good. Gets tons of degreaser to clean those walls. LoL.
Just kidding . . . . . but a good cleaning and some fresh paint will set that place straight. I`m sure you have some great plans on how to make the interior over and i look forward to seeing the results.
