Is the company looking for a discount of some sort? I`ve done landscaper`s vehicles before and they are a LOT of work. They are normally beyond trashed. I would be very hesitant to give any type of a discount because of the excess work involved on these vehicles.

We have inspected the vehicles and they aren`t in too bad of shape. I`m pretty sure my husband quoted him at some discount though.

I`d say 20% off for discount is all - at most!!!!

after all, thats not a lot of business for washes...20-30, thats a different story

What agreement? All you need is a work order.

Show up, shine, get paid. Don`t over think it.

it also depends what they are looking for. i do 4 trucks for a landscaping compaing and 1 tralior. at the begining of about march every year ill come in and do a full detail on each truck full interior and exterior. trucks are only plactic insides no carpet and leatehr seats. than every week i give all 4 a nice wash dress the tires and wipe out the insides. they never really get to dirty just the normal mud and dirt and dust inside. also the workers appericate the work and keep all the trash out of the trucks. i would go your regular price at first mabey for the first detail if they want a ful one. than see what the trucks are gonna look like as you come back for maintnace. gl
