Hello all. Our downtown Chicago high rise is looking for a pro to setup shop in our garage to service our residents and day parkers. The location is as prime as it gets.

Typically, people will schedule regular recurring services from basic washes to full details. You would be working in our wash rack which has plenty of space, lighting, water, drain, etc. and would have quite a bit of flexibility in how you manage your time and schedule jobs.

If you are interested, please POST in this thread and I`ll PM my contact info. If you know someone else who might be interested please spread the word. We would like to choose someone as soon as possible.

This could really be the chance of a lifetime for someone to dive into a high profit potential business with little if any capital investment. Our garage has hundreds of resident parkers, many more daily parkers and is at the busiest most desirable intersection in Chicago.

I am on the Board of Directors here and we need to find someone fast. As an autopian since 2001, I would hate to see this opportunity slip by so many great people.

Even if you aren`t interested, but can recommend someone and we end up partnering with them, I`m sure I can work out some kind of generous gift certificate to spend with one of the sites sponsors.

Thanks a lot and have a great New Year!

You guys wouldn`t happen to have any holdings in the Philadelphia/NJ area would you?!?!

I may have someone for you, keep you posted.

This really is a great opportunity for a localized Autopian. I provide services to large corporate complexes in my area, and they require very little advertising to maintain your business` visibility. A posted flyer by the elevators or lounge and the cooperation of property management is invaluable. Additionally, for climates subject to poor weather conditions a large covered and heated space can really help a mobile service capitalize on an otherwise unavailable source of revenue.

After a few visits the benefits and exclusivity of being a complex`s "detail guy" will be obviously apparent. One early morning appointment often turns into at least a second Lookie Louie customer.

Seems like a good deal, I`d move since I have family over there but school calls.
