The topic says it all, slap me if this is a repost. I just want to get an idea of how far out you guys are typically booked this time of year.
My weekends are booked 3 weeks out now, weekdays 5-7 days.
I no longer have weekends available as they are completely booked with regular customer`s. Usually, if there is a good streak of weather, I am booked at least one to two weeks out.

Typically only a week out.

No appointments yet, I`ve JUST started. I`m all ready though. I plan on doing 2-3 vehicles a week and as of now, will take appointments a month out.
If it is a car that needs to be prepped for show or something that is just going to take a crazy long time I will book customers as far ahead as they want. However I have to know them well and done work for them in the past. This is not a privelage I extend to new customers.
Other than that I will book up to two weeks out.
Depending on the weather, I am usually about 1 to 2 weeks out, unless requested by a customer. My regulars are during the week and I always make my new customers wait till the weekends, espically site-un-seens. The weather can really screw your schedule up.

Since I only detail on Friday, Saturday, Sunday Im booked a month in advance at least with about 15 cars on the waitlist.

I am about 16 days out right now, but sometime in those sixteen days I have to detail a
G55 AMG wagon, a Saleen, and a 38 Ford--all are sitting in the sop waiting for a slot.

How many jobs a day do you all take to consider yourself booked? I think it would be helpful to also know if you`re fixed or mobile and how many people you have working for you.
Right now I`m about a week out with 3-4 cars a day plus hand washes, usually 3-6 on good weather days. I have one full timer and one part time, fixed location. I`m looking to hire another full timer as well.

Right now my next open day is June 10th. I`ve had to start turning people away which bothers me, I wanted to see how you guys deal w/it. Sounds like most of you don`t book more than a couple weeks in advance and just have people call you again in a couple weeks?
