Card one will go out then card two will follow it in 4-5 weeks. I plan on hitting the same 2500 about 5-6 times.

I will let you guys know how it goes.

    “Very professional marketing!!!

If it’s not already written in stone, may I suggest a photo of yourself, van and trailer. This will add credibility of your established professional image. Alternating post card is also very professional. We have also done mailers of 5,000, three times with amazing success!!!

Just make sure you have a expiration date and call to action.

    Good luck.

I would correct the grammar before you send out to high-end prospective clients.

    From another perspective:

As soon as a company that I`ve never dealt with before sends me more than one postcard cold, I vow to never do business with them.

Also, using "she" is not good "marketing speak", even though you might be marketing to men who might even think of their car as a she. It`s best to be 100% gender sensitive, ESPECIALLY when doing cold marketing.

Do you really need to discount your services? Nothing wrong at all with sending out reminders to regulars every few months to let them know it is time to wax again, just not sure if you really need to discount your services.

Are you mainly trying to gain new customers?

    Thanks for the replies.

I have decided not to offer a discount on anything. Good service and awesome detailing is going to have to hookém!

We are busy enough for three of us. I want more business so I can completely be removed from doing the grunt work.

I just need to bump up are cliental a bit.

I can certainly understand that. With my sons helping me, I mostly just do the washing, polishing and waxing and they do the rest. Eventually, I hope to have it where I am in a more supervisory position so I will probably have to start marketing then so I can pay my help more.

I agree with the other posts. You`ve definitely got to reword that if you are mailing it out. Sounds very unprofessional.

Thanks for your input. Much appreciated. Keep in mind I am an 10th grade drop-out so spelling isn`t my strongest skill.
