When I get streaks it is usually my fault for using too much product and not getting all of it off. Sometimes less is more.

Here in Australia i use Autoglym Fast Glass. Its expensive when bought over the counter eg around $8 USD per 500ml. However i can get it in bulk 5L container for under $20 USD.
Autoglym Fast Glass cleans very well, no streaks. Its not super strong but for regular use its cheap as chips. I use 2 towels, double clean, box method and its perfect. The 2nd spray is followed by wipe with a soft super absorbent waffle weave towel. This i find this leaves no streaks at all.
Im keen to try Amour All glass cleaner but that on a retail level is expensive (as all car care products are in Australia).
Cheers
PoweredByJenga- Ah, another good Autoglym product! I bet their stuff is much more common in your locale than it is in the States.
Oh, and I like that expression "cheap as chips".
