Polish Angel Flake as RW: initial review and observations

car was clean until I drove 60 miles to the club meet and greet where afterwards it rained a tad and was very windy

i was left in the morning with this beaded dirt spotted mess

probably could have just used spray and wipe but I`ve come to learn this black will scratch from something as harmless bad joke so I pulled it out into the ridiculously gusting wind and hosed it off and then pulled the barely dirty car into garahe for rw

30ml (1oz) per 2.5 gal of kyle,tx`s finest warm tap water was mixed

the aroma that filled the air when I mixed this stuff was spectacular and I know that doesn`t help the product`s effectiveness BUT it sure makes you happy to use it and it`s nice to add that extra sensory goodness that is not always there with detail products

    wiped on panel

really no suds? I squeezed the wet mitt onto the paint and took a video:

directions say to agitate the mixture every few minutes..this is why

    it will sit as this

you agitate it to get a little milky bubbly effect and it crackles like rice crispies cereal all while smelling of heaven (not sure what that aroma is but I love it)

patted panels with pfm towel and then used dmts and spray and wipe as drying aid

    some garage shots..too windy outside

opened garage door for some light, still very windy outside so no full sun shots

    thoughts:

cleaning ability not really tested as I`m quite certain the car rinsed almost completely clean

ability as rinseless: works very well. as you can see in the pics above and video, it is a non sudsing formula on the paint. the small amount of bubbles that fell onto the paint popped with a few seconds.

used as rw, the water left on the surface dried with zero issues

shine: it definitely added some warm nuba shine.

did it add noticeable flake? not to my eyes but it may be hard for me to notice any more flake anyways..if you look at the pics of the solution in the 1oz glass, you can see the flakes in it

smell: great smell! makes entire garage carry that scent as well. not sure what it is though. smells like money well spent, lol

price: its $35 for the 200ml. at 30ml per wash, that`s about $5 per use so really not that bad and I don`t plan on using this on many vehicles but my own anyways

bottom line: would I buy this again? absolutely. if you are using pa sprays or coatings you should probably give this a try.

that`s about all I can think of now

later today I will be doing the wheels with the remaining amount left over and if the wind stops blowing everything around I will get some sun shots

    thanks for viewing

an obvious typo that was corrected, as spray and wipe was mentioned previously in the OP

I think my phone added a few words in there for me with the "smart phone" function

I thought I would revisit this as I was actually looking the other day to see if PA actually had a dedicated rinseless, which it does not appear they do. Kind of found it odd as it seems everybody these days offers a rinseless. Using flake certainly is intriguing though! I wonder if glissante or aqua would also work.

i stand corrected! I went back and read the discription, and don`t know how I completely missed the part about the environment and water regulation.
