Sounds expensive. I would imagine that just hand delivering a flyer would be sufficient. The only people who would respond to a post card are businesses you could visit in person. Those would be dealerships and businesses with fleets and the like. You will only get a 1% return on flyer distribution and I would imagine the return would be the same on a blanket postcard campaign.
