so i bought one today and I really liked it..really soft worked well and such..I was cleaning it out after I washed it off..shook it in my hand to get water out and I see some yellow stuff..i dig in and there are dead bugs at base of fibers and some look like they were stitched into the mitt..here are 2 of them. I found like 3 and a few stray parts of the bugs in my fibers.

That`s not what I would expect to find in a premium product. Did you buy it through Autopia?
no got it at my local store Autoality..figures they had like 10 and I was feeling them and tried to pick the fluffiest feeling one LOL and i pick one with bugs
id call T and let him know, they most likely were there when it was manufactured. bug exoskeletons can scratch paint big time. id email avi@carpro as well because if those bugs were alive and were some sort of invasive species or something it could cause big issues...
i already sent a message to Avi on here..the bugs are about a 1/4" in size.

i find it very hard to believe bugs will stand this cleaning condition,
surely not stitched to the skin since its natural skin , not synthetic stitched hair , but its not while doing the QC .
we are selling these natural wool mitt for more then 3 years now with great success ,
i will check this with your pics how it could happen and try to get you reply here.

Avi--what is the proper way to care for the Carpro Wash Mitt after each use?
After using and rinsing clean: Unlike other quality wool wash mitts that should be turned inside out to dry the hide as well (not always an easy process) this mitt is simply swung for a minute using centripical force to remove the excess water from it. Then it is placed on a grit guard (preferably upside down).

07-Proper Care
When your mitt is completely dry use a pet brush (similar to what is pictured below) to brush it out and then stow it in a clean place for its next use. Be gentle and use a brush that has sufficient spacing between the bristles. It is normal to experience a little hair loss. J But there is no need to over brush your mitt

" After use, rinse well under a warm tap water to remove as much debris and dirt as possible – do not machine wash!.
- Use a dedicated detergent if the mitt is very dirty.
- Allow to dry NATURALLY, DO NOT DRY UNDER SUNSHINE.!!
- Brush the wool with pet brush or strong hair brush to keep the wool fluffy."
