yes ...yes it does ;) - clean it first and then spray a MF and apply it then wipe it off
I use it on my coated leather seats. It seems to work well on both solid and perforated styles. I have not yet tried using it on uncoated leather.
It has mild cleaning abilities, but should be preceded with a dedicated cleaner if the surface is especially dirty.
