Looks ok still some spots that could use some work. After dressing should look fine.
it was just a quickie job, i used red heat from my supplier Pal Automotive. I dont dress my engine, dont like the silicone shiny look, attracts dust/ dirt as well.

The dressed look is great for some people, but like you, I just try to keep the engine compartment clean. I try to at least wipe it down with a damp towel each time I wash the vehicle. Pretty easy to keep them clean, not so easy to clean after it gets grungy.(Is grungy really a word?)

its definitely easier to do a quick clean every week or 2 instead of letting everything build up.

I like to keep it clean under the hood just to spot trouble. I don`t always need it shiny either but a little spray coat does give a cleaner appearance.
