Polished Aluminum Wheels
I have a set of polished aluminum wheels (no clear coat) that have a good polished look around the rim area but are a little dull up on the spokes and in the center. I tried to polish them by hand using some mothers aluminum polish to bring out the shine. I rubbed to the point i felt like my arms where broke, but did not get much in the way of results. Any advice you could share with me on how to bring out the shine would be appreciated.:)

It may be that the finish is intended to be that way.
Are you pulling up lots of black residue (oxidation) on your rags when you clean the center area of your wheels? If not then it may be that you have a finish in that area that`s like powder coated or a brushed aluminum finish (there is a word for it but because my brain is still asleep I can`t think of it). The center area might also be cleared but not the outer area, which to me makes little sense (especially before my morning coffee).
If you are pulling up some black residue but see little results you may need to go to a stronger cleaner. I would recommend the Rolite Aircraft polish. You can check out www.topoftheline.com
Hope that helps,
