Old Sealant and wax application question
I currently have half of my truck with Autoglym SRP and EGP on the passenger side and SRP and Klasse SG on the drivers side.
I plan on adding S100,Meguiar`s 1st. gen NXT,Pinnical Souveran past wax and Meguiar`s #16 to sectioned off areas of the hood.
Should I add another layer of EGP and Klasse SG to both sides and hood of the truck then add the waxes tomorrow?
Or should I just go with one layer of the sealants and just do the waxes?
Re: Old Sealant and wax application question
Are you trying to test the various waxes? If so, the only way to know is use them on a surface with no other product.

Maybe he wants to test on the base that he has.

I just wanted to protect the paint for the up coming winter. It got me thinking of trying different top waxes to see the different beading, longevity of the waxes.

jonw440- Since only the M16 will (IME) provide any lasting protection/etc. I`d do that KSG base layer. I`d do another *VERY LIGHTLY APPLIED/BUFFED* coat of SRP on the areas where that`s the base layer too.
Nice to see somebody else who appreciates the SRP :)
