Wolfgang product questions
Good Afternoon everyone,
I was going through my stash and came across some Wolfgang bottles. I gave them a good shake and tried them on part of the car before it got too hot. I was using their polish enhancer and the Deep gloss paint sealant.
1. I don`t remember it being very watery, it seemed to go on ok.
2. Can the polish enhancer be used on day and the sealant on another day or is it better to use at the same time? Does it have fillers ?
3. Would you suggest topping it with Meguiar`s Gold Class carnauba plus paste wax ? I don`t think it containers cleaners
Thanks,

Thanks,
WGDGPS always seemed a little watery to me. The paintwork enhancer does have some fillers. I`ve never used it, but unless there is some type of cure time for the fillers, I don`t see a reason why you could not apply one right after the other. I`m not sure the Megs product would really help you much, as it is a polymer/carnuba blend. I`d be more inclined to top it with a straight carnuba product, like Jescar Colorlock. To me, sealants do not give great depth of color....the carnuba will help with that
Re: Wolfgang product questions
The Deep Gloss Paint Sealant is always watery even when you have a new bottle.
Re: Wolfgang product questions
I might still have some other waxes. The Megs was the first thing I saw. I did not know the megs was a blend, I guess that `s what the plus means. I went a bit over the top a few years ago with buying more than I can use in a few years. The sales got me a few times. Now it`s going to rain for the next few days.
Re: Wolfgang product questions
I put on the WG sealant the other day after work. I did not have the chance to let it cure the 12 hours or so that they suggest. In the morning I noticed a haze over the area, like I did not buff it off. It was dark and misty. I did not notice it later in the daylight. I was expecting to have to buff it out again.

Interesting......never had an issue removing WGDGPS.....
Re: Wolfgang product questions
I know you are not suppose to get it wet for several hours are applying. It happened. I did not have an issue removing it, it just looked that way. The moisture must have been sitting on it or reacting with the new coat. I did half of the car one day and the rest another day. I could tell were it was recently applied like it was not removed. It was dark out.

Re: Wolfgang product questions
I dug around my stash and found some Pinnacle Souveran, so I topped it with that. I did some panels but it got too hot to finish. It looked good in the sun. The pics don`t do it justice.

It`s Ford Ruby Red Metallic with tinted clearcoat.
Re: Wolfgang product questions
Wolfgang SIO2 spray is seriously wet
Re: Wolfgang product questions
I am sure the Wolfgang Sio2 is great. I have too much stuff right now to get it. Thanks for the suggestion.

Pinnacle Souveran is GREAT STUFF! I still use it on my garage queen. Also may I suggest that after you apply Pinnacle Souveran use Pinnacle Souveran spray wax as a QD after every wash. It will extend the life of the wax and give the car that just waxed look after every wash.
