Thanx !!!!!
Re: WHO has a Griot`s Foaming Sprayer??
Just to clarify - Pump up foamer, garden hose style foam cannon, or pressure washer BOSS foam cannon?

I`m guessing it works just like all of the other foam guns that are out there....on the up side, if you do not like it, I`m sure you can return it. Here`s a link to a YouTube review of it:

O.K. thanx. I`d looked at that video. Was interested in members on this boards opinions of this product.
HOWEVER, it is a good video !!!!!

I like the ones from autogeek better. Built sturdier with brass connections.
Love Griots products but after comparing the autogeek (made by Gilmour) was an easy decision.

my thoughts exactly
Re: WHO has a Griot`s Foaming Sprayer??
I had the chance to use the foaming sprayer today.
It made quite a bit of foam. HOWEVER, I mixed in the 3 oz. of soap, as instructed and had to fill it up twice while washing my F-150. I thought that was a bit excessive, BUT, I`ve never used a foaming sprayer before.
Opinions??

Is there a mixing dial? Was it set wide open?

I don`t see a mixing dial.
HOWEVER, the surface once sprayed, is "slick", and IMO, the wash is nicer.

I am a huge Griot`s fan. But that sprayer is the only product that I was more than disappointed in. I think I bought about 3 of them and each one`s plastic "nozzle" broke. I still have one siting in the garage that I bought a few years ago that I wished would have sent back for credit.

I wish I had the patience to setup my pressure washer and use a foam cannon but I don`t. This looks like a reasonable alternative.
Is it safe to assume the Gilmour versions accept any (I have an Eley) hose nozzle?

I think hose ends are all standard but not sure.

I returned the Griot`s foam sprayer. You couldn`t get the adjustment nut to stay set. It would NOT shut off without fussing with it. THAT was the only reason I go rid of it.
I bought one that was at WalMart. It works surprisingly well. May buy a better one later.
