First time ceramic coating [Kamikaze]
Thought I`d share my experiences & results of ceramic coating. After much deliberation on which ceramic coating to use, I ultimately decided to go with BudgetPlan1`s preferred route of Kamikaze Miyabi + ISM + Overcoat.
I did the following:
- Gyeon Iron
- Rinse
- Another pass of Gyeon Iron
- Two-bucket wash with Gyeon Bathe
- Clay bar + Machine Polish (with the help of a local detailer, as I didn`t have the equipment)
- Followed by a coat of Kamikaze Miyabi
- 6 hours later followed by a second coat of Kamikaze Miyabi
- 12 hours later applied a coat of Kamikaze ISM
- 20 hours later applied a coat of Kamikaze Overcoat
- Lastly, applied a coat of Gyeon Tire
Here are the results:

Very special thanks to BudgetPlan1 for discussing different ceramic options and techniques with me, The Guz for doing the same and offering guidance on products/equipment, and rlmccarty2000 for his insight on top coats.

Nicely done. As contrary as the hope for rain is, I think it`ll be fun to see when it rains on it!

I love the sharp lines of modern cars but also hate them because they can never to just right. The sandwich really accentuate the lines of this car, looks *sharp*.
