Broke out the 1Z Glanz Wax and missed it....
... :) I have probably 3/4 of the tin bottle and figured I`d give it a chance again after many, many years. Applied to dark grey metallic Civic that sits outside. I`ll be curious how it holds up but it looks good now! The old school smell... ah, miss it.
If it smells like chemicals you know it`s effective! :) Very easy and fast to use being it`s a liquid.

A blast from the past. It may not be the most durable, but Glanz is a great wax. Easy on, easy off.

Yes, I know what you mean! ! have a few tin cans of those 1Z Glanz products left over from when they first came out.. :)
Used a lot of them back then because newer technology was not there yet.. :)
Agree, nothing smells better than things like that...
But this is coming from a guy who was working at his Dad`s Enco gas station as a 10-year old... Nothing smells better than Premium Leaded Gasoline in the morning.. :)

:) and I’m doing my part not to just throw it away as is! All that said I probably have more than 3/4ths remaining. It requires so little, and looks really great on dark colored cars. I might have to just keep applying it monthly if need be, but if I recall it lasted longer than that. I’ll keep an eye on it and see how well it does.
Blue tin bottle and beautiful pink liquid.

I broke out the 1Z Glanz for the silver frost Lincoln. Looks great and easy!

3 weeks on a car that sits outdoors 100%.... that`s how long it lasted. Washed it an not a single bead. BOOOOO.

I love that stuff and the tins. I just used it on my lawn mower that was faded. It really made my lawn mower look good. That was and is some good stuff and brings back memories.

I have a lifetime supply of 1Z WaxPolishSoft and their ProLine Metallic Polish. I fully expect both to stay OK for the rest of my lifetime and I plan to be here for a good long time.
Stokdgs- For some reason the scents for me are more enamel-based, that and bondo take me *right* back to the mid-70s.
