Decided to take the plunge here too
Frequent poster at Autogeek under the same screen name but looking forward to learning from others who may post more here. I see lots of familiar names and posts, so it`s fair to say I`m new but perhaps not ;)
Proud owner of two black vehicles. The daily is my Audi S4. Of course as an avid auto enthusiast who has participated in many types of racing over the years with various cars/toys, this one is not your suburban S4. Just a wee-bit more boost and other fun bits puts her into the curves much better than normal and down the straights with more than enough authority.
The other is our nearly 11 year old minivan aka the Suburban Assault Vehicle. Going strong still and looking nearly new inside and out too even though the clock shows over 115k miles.
Looking forward to chatting everyone!

Welcome to Autopia. Good to see you here too.

Welcome to this side!
Looking forward to seeing your posts over here too. I follow both forums also.
What suspension do you have in your S4? Ride height is just right!
Did you trim your 1/4 mile time, or am I misremembering it a little higher up the 11`s? I could be confusing a higher ".x" with my friend`s C6 A6 3.0t Avant that he did a 12.8 or 12.9 in.

I found a set of Stasis OEM springs that work with the Factory ADS just fine. Tight / firm but no bounce at all or error codes.
Time wise, yes it dropped. Added the Dual Pulley set up, 1 step colder plugs, revised APR tunes for both the ECU / DSG, and APR`s CPS cooler.
All that Dropped ET`s from 11.7-11.9`s down to consistent 11.3-11.4`s. Big torque bump from v3 tunes and Stage 2. The cooler is a must. I should have had it before even as it was pulling timing by the end of my 11.7 runs.
