Did this little mod Friday. Neat little process. Take off your 3rd brake light. Seperate the lens. Apply the diffuser decal on the inside of the lens. Then apply the other decal to the outside of the lens. Put the brake light back together and on the vehicle. I did call our local PA Inspection station about being legal, and they said no problems.
