Has anyone heard of or used this? I was wondering how this would work as a quick alternative to protecting chrome wheels? It kind of seems like a version of WD-40

It is just like WD-40. I would not use that on chrome wheels. I see where there coming from when they say it will protect chrome bumpers and wheels. It would be like that "bug off" product that leaves a slimy layer of crap on your bumper for road trips, that you hose off when you reach your destination. It would be like applying a layer of oil to your chrome wheels, which would look disastrous. I`ve used it on hinges, chain drives on ATVs and bicycles, seized nuts and bolts and other industrial uses. The stuff smells like %*#@, I can`t believe the website recommends using it on dash boards!
