Looking for a detailer recommendation in Bellevue / Kirkland / Redmond area to do my wife`s Audi Q7. Doesn`t need a ton of paint correction, there are only a few light scratches around the tailgate area and door handles but the rest is `mona lisa`.
The big thing is that it`s never been clayed ... I had meant to get it done last summer but got laid off and couldn`t justify it in the wife`s budget. (she still thinks Barrier`s car wash is just fine) Which means the place needs to be somewhat reasonably priced; I doubt I can explain to the wife why we need to spend $500 for a detail when she`ll just reply that it`s going to get dirty again in 2 days when it rains.
Also, the rear bumper was replaced and repainted as part of a collision repair and I`m noticing that it`s showing a lot of swirls that the normal paint doesn`t ... I`m assuming it`s because the clear isn`t as good as factory? Or is there something particular I need to ask the detailer about for this ... a special term (like paint correction) perhaps?
Thanks a ton!

If you`re not able to find something satisfactory, I`m happy to take a look at the car and evaluate what I think it`d take to get it looking good.
Assuming the paint isn`t totally hammered, I`d do the job for far less than $500. Let me know if you`re interested.

John Kleven is your man. I know the work they do out there and you will be completely satisfied.

+1 on John
The workmanship that john will do will last far beyond the next rain storm. True detailing is corrective work, not cover up work.
Cheers,

I`m sure John is a good choice to go with, but thought I would just throw out another possibility with Accutint.

I would highly recommend JP detail. He is mobile and always exceeds expectations. I have used him on a number of cars for myself and customers.
He also goes by Vecdran on this site.
