I`m going down to Lowes in a bit to pick up a work light, will 500W be enough?

500-Watt Dual Portable Tripod Work Light

Or should I go for the 1000W one?

Or does it not matter? :grinno:

get the 1000w, you`ll get two that are 500w each, rather than the 500w with two that are 250w each...

Have fun, I originally got the exact same thing and mine seemed like the biggest POS ever. The height adjustment didn`t work as well as I had hoped, and once I finally got everything assembled, one of the light didn`t work :grrr

The next day I packed everything back up and returned it. I went across the street to the Home Depot and got their 1200 watt model. It`s much more sturdy, more powerful, and it has a 5-year warrenty. It seems like a much better light IMO, but whatever works for you :2thumbs:
