I polished and sealed half of the car last weekend and I need to do the rest this or next weekend. Where the finished / unfinished panels meet, I plan to mask off the finished edges with blue tape. However, I`m worried that the tape might remove LSP, even if it`s the "delicate" version of blue tape. Is this something to be concerned about?

I can`t say for sure if it would remove any sealant or not, but if I had to made a guess, it would be "not."
The point of the tape is to protect the "at risk" areas of the paint from accidental `overbuffing` either by too much time spent on one area, too aggresive a product on an area with thin paint, or from getting excess product thrown onto trim, into cracks/crevices and other areas from using the buffer. Once you are finished with any type of a "cutting" step where you`re using generous amounts of product that are likely to make a mess and are applying a final light polish/LSP using light amounts of product that are easily contained and not flung everywhere, the tape should be removed so the entire painted surface can be treated by the LSP.

i doubt it. the blue tape was designed to not remove or damage paint in homes, and be easy removable solution to masking off trim work.
