I`m not sure which one you DID get, but....... If you want the velcro disc, it`s available at the Woodworker`s type outlets and stores. I got mine at Woodworker`s Supply...$19.00...bolt`s right on..made by Porter Cable.
Nope :( i`m looking for the adhesive plate. Thx though.
