What do you guys recommend, after SSR 2 on a car with medium swirls? Should i use SSR 2 with a megs yellow pad at 5.5 then followed by SSR 1 at 4.5 with a yellow pad then topped with EX by hand or PwC?

Try the SSR1 first to see if it will make any progress on the swirls, if not them go SSR2. If still hazy after SSR2 then SSR1, otherwise use PwC as the glaze. Top with EX if you feel like it, I would - seal in all that goodness! What color is the car? Is it your car or are you going for volume work?
You should be able to go directly from SSR2 to PwC, then top with EX.

5-0,
I like your original idea, especially if the color of the vehicle is dark. Proper prep is the way to go!! I really don`t see you getting a whole lot more of protection going PwC then EX. Personally, and especially if it is a dark car, I would go SSR2 at PC speed of 5.5-6 on a Megs Yellow pad, then SSR1 at5-5.5 on yellow also. Follow it up with EX by hand or by a PC.
I know your running a business here, so look at it from this prospective. Are you really adding "That Much" by doing PwC? IF you only wanted to do a 2-step process, you could do as Scott P said, however, this doesn`t work all the time on a dark colored vehicle. I`m just trying to give you a heads up before you get your head stuck between your legs on the project. Make sure you make some $$ at it!
Take care, and I hope business is going well for you!

1. A nice wash
2. clayed the car, the stang had lots of road debri
3. Used PP with a polishing pad at 4.5 so i can see exactly the trouble soem areas
4. Then SSR2 with a polishing pad at 5.5, the SSR2 pretty much took care of all the swirls so i follwed up with Vanilla Moose then toped with EX
the owner of the car was amazed at how i took care of his swirl problem and how the car has that very reflectivish wet look
