    Natty`s Regular on black???

I have a jar of nattys reg left over from a couple years ago. Looked great on my white car but was wondering how it will look on black layered? Does it also have any filling abilities on swirls? How long should I wait between coats?

Cool Re: Natty`s Regular on black???

Blue is much better on blk than red in most cases. It looks nice and yes you can add as much and as many times as you wish. Swirls, well that`s another story. Ya gotta remove the marks before ya can have a great finish. Blue is the most forgiving in the Natty`s line, not sure on white...

Natty`s Paste Wax gives incredible clarity to any color, ...Super Clarity, Protection and Depth for all Finishes, Colors and Vehicles
Quoting from PB`s proeduct description of Natty`s Paste Wax.

I only have NB so I`m not speaking from first hand experience. I know NB is targeted for darker paints, but as mentioned above I`m not exactly certain how much scrutiny would be required to discern the difference between those two.

Besides all that, it takes so little time to apply and remove the product to a Mustang you could almost have it done...

    right now.

I currently have megs #26 on the finish. I wanted to use it all up. How long should I wait between coats of nattys regular? Should I do 1 coat per day, or can I add a couple coats in 1 day?

    WALLY,

You can do 2 coats the first day to make sure the car is 100% covered. Then knock yourself out do what ya want after. I like to wait a day or so after I coat with the wax and then add more. Remember, you are applying and then taking product off. How much comes off is any one`s bet at that point. I just think letting things harden up makes better sense. A cold water rinse is what some old timers did to make sure things bonded.

Also in hot climates in the south the wax never get much harder than a skim of oily wax. This is why a sealer is used in most warmer and humid places. The oil in the wax is of no consequence, the sealer dries and make a great shinny barrier of protection. And yes can be topped with a wax after a 12-24 hr cure time for extra pop.
