    Re: Bold and Bright pic!

It is my tire cleaner and dressing of choice and has been for a couple of years.
I don`t like shiny tires, but I understand a second application will add a shiny look to the satin/matte finish I prefer.

It does a good job of cleaning when sprayed on, scrubbed with a brush and wiped off with an old terry towel.
That leaves the tires with a black matte finish that I like.
I wash weekly and use the BnB at each wash so I have no idea as to how long it will last. Doesn`t sling since the tire is wiped dry the way I use it.
It even cleans up the RWL BFG TAs on my old Chevy. Same spray, brush, wipe procedure.

    Good stuff.

    How many coats?
    How`d you apply it?
Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It`s good to be da King !!!

Sprayed on, wiped off, washed then applied with a little 3 inch foam applicator.

You`ll find several here on the forum which will share your opinion of BnB. Like CharlesW, it was one of my earlier PB product purchases. I have varied the method of use over the years, but it rarely disappoints. CharlesW also brought up a good point, it has some cleaning capability.

Does Pockets do them that way or is he always adding some extra for the shiny look?

Enough cleaning ability that it is all I need to clean and dress my tires in one operation.

Pockets tends to wipe on and not buff to get a higher gloss ... sometimes on the those huge truck tires he wipes on a second coat also for more gloss

As long as it works for you, but you are missing out on BnB`s cleaning ability that way aren`t you?

The BnB is all I need to use to clean and dress my tires.
I probably clean my tires with an APC once a year if that.
The cleaning power is much more than most people realize.
It`s not a spray on, wipe or rinse off cleaner, you do have to brush, but it does work good and it is easy.

    Re: Bold and Bright pic!

As I mentioned I have varied my use of BnB based on comments by CharlesW. On my personal vehicles, I now follow up the APC cleaning of the tires and wheel wells with a spray and vigorous brushing with BnB. While it does have some cleaning, it is not sufficient in my circumstances to be a stand-alone product. I like that looks, but for the other vehicles I will follow up again with BnB and a tire swipe, still not glossy but more noticeable.

Charles I use BnB for tire dressing only! if I clean the tires that`s either done with S&W or water if I am washing the car which I only do a few times a year.

I don`t think of BnB as a cleaner only a dressing

    Re: Bold and Bright pic!

I actually prefer them both glossy and matte, just add a thicker application the second time. I get bored easily lol.
